Once a suitable premises has been identified space planning is the next step to explore the best use of space… where walls and enclosed spaces should be and the best way of laying out open plan zone, and the best way to arrange furniture.
We confirm the layout and detail up walls, custom kitchens, bathrooms, and cabinetry and select all the finishes – flooring, cabinetry finishes, paint, wall coverings, and kitchen/bathroom fixtures and fittings. We also prepare sketches and sample imagery to help clients visualize what the space will look like.
Architectural drawings and specifications are prepared to meet council requirements… we manage the resource and building consent application process, and can co-ordinate pricing or tendering of any building works.
Furniture, lighting and accessories are now ordered, delivered and installed. The interior architect will oversee the construction process ensuring the project runs smoothly and the quality of the fitout is up to standard.
