Sushi Time Bethlehem is one of a chain of sushi restaurants where the clients wanted to portray a slightly more upmarket, high end aesthetic from your usual food chain eatery. A simple palette of black and white materials were used, such as high gloss black laminate, black tiles, stained black plywood, polished concrete flooring and stark white walls to create a contemporary japanese aesthetic and feel.
Bubble Interiors were involved with the clients from start to finish, from guidance of a suitable tenancy to lease, through to concept “mood” boards, developed design drawings, building consent documentation right down to the finishing touches of applying the japanese blossom vinyl decal and positioning photographs.
The result is a fresh, clean space with delicate detailing, where the food can be presented at its best and customers can enjoy their experience.
