November 2013 saw the long-awaited, exciting conclusion of a complete re-fit of the Colliers International offices on Cameron Rd, Tauranga. What was previously a dark, divided, boxy space was transformed into a fun, open working environment. increased access to natural daylight, oodles of practical, useable storage and kick ass meeting rooms brought this office up-to-date!
The Colliers team loved the association between the innovative, ambitious quality of wall st and their company attitude towards selling property; and this paved the way for a New York subway aesthetic in the entry and reception, themed New York meeting spaces, and the giant Wall Street bull now taking pride of place in their open-plan “wall street” workspace… it has become quite a talking point!
The new space also boasts an impressive funky shared reception and informal meeting/break-out space – somewhere for the team and clients to hang out, read, eat, drink and celebrate properties brought and sold – this office finally reflects the high calibre of its’ occupants.
